SUSAN LOUIS MOYER is a silk painter, author, and educator who for the past 15 years has been presenting workshops throughout the United States, demonstrating painting on silk techniques and teaching art and design through her medium. Her books, Silk Painting the Artist’s Guide to Gutta and Wax Resist Techniques and Silk Painting for Fashion and Fine Art, have been well received both nationally and internationally. She exhibits her art in galleries across the United States and in Europe, and has recently been designing for Rebecca Taylor in New York.
