Welcome to the second half of 2010! We were thrilled to offer our first trip abroad, our Italian Art Expedition in May.   Painters and companions  had the unique opportunity to spend ten days in Umbria , Italy .   This tour was lead by Al Currier and Tony Turpin, and offered  the painting workshop of a lifetime. We are already planning next year's trip!

 

New in the gallery this summer will be a "Best of Plein Air" show starting the end of July and running through Labor Day.  This show is bound to get everyone excited for our fifth annual Plein Air Painters' U.S. Open, August 24-28, 2010.

   

Please check our workshop schedule for this summer and fall as it is crammed full of enticing workshops for all mediums and all skill levels. 

 

We are already hard at work on 2011 and 2012 workshops with many great workshops already scheduled.  You will be finding out very soon what we ave in store for you.

 

Finally, we congratulate our graduating Coupeville High School senior, Garrett Franzen, on receiving the Pacific NorthWest Art School scholarship in the amount of $500.
