For over 15 years, Neil and Susan Silverman have taught for BetterPhoto.com, Pacific Northwest Art School, Golden Gate School of Photography, Great American Photography Workshops, Professional Photographers of America and affiliates, Santa Fe School of Photography, and other private schools. Their photo workshops and tours are popular because of Neil’s and Susan’s method when working with students. Their low-key, positive approach is greatly appreciated as well. In addition to teaching, Neil and Susan maintain a professional studio along with working in the field, giving them a broad array of photographic knowledge. They eagerly share their knowledge of all aspects of photography. The Silvermans have published work on the covers of Outdoor Photography, Elle Magazine, Sierra Club, der Spiegel, Cure, Wooden Boat, Nikon, Tamrac, and Lensbabies. They are contributors to several stock agencies, including Fogstock and Getty Images.
