Stretching Your Frame of Mind -- August 27-31, 2012 (Begin 7pm on August 27 - Meet and Greet/Orientation)
In this workshop, participants will learn to incorporate all the important elements of design and composition into their imagery. Through examples of Joe’s work and daily assignments, terms like: Vanishing Point, Negative Space, Tension, Perspective, Texture, Pattern, Color, and Line will become a permanent part of your thought process.
Along with your daily ‘shoots’, the class will also gain a better understanding and sensitivity to light and how it enhances all these important elements . The difference between backlight, side and front light will be studied, as well as the angle of reflection in directing the light source to your subject.
* The only requirements for this workshop is a working knowledge of your camera, and the ability to shoot in the manual mode.
